1. A customer registers on NextPakk platform and creates a free profile.

2. A unique customer ID and a shipping address are automatically generated by the platform and issued to the customer for use.

3. The customer shops online and supplies the unique assigned NextPakk shipping address to the merchant.

4. The customer package arrives the supplied address — a Nextpakk designated Package Delivery Point (PDP) which is located within the customer’s locality.

5. The customer is immediately prompted the moment his package is received at the PDP point to schedule for a convenient date and time for the delivery and also to pay for the package delivery.

6. A NextPakk driver is dispatched on the scheduled date and the package is delivered.

7. Upon delivery of the package, the blockchain technology in Nextpakk platforms automatically creates a smart contract and distribute Pakka tokens both the driver, PDP and Nextpakk.
